Whats the DOT for?
Most of our cutting boards have 2 usable sides. This allows you to keep one side for a special purpose, i.e. garlic on one side and fruit on the other. You may just want to save the "pretty side" to use as a serving board when company comes over. However, many times both sides look alike so we add a memory DOT on one side to help you remember which side is which.
